By booking services, accessing your client portal, or making a payment to Logic Group LLC dba The Details OKC, you agree to these Terms of Service in full. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
Logic Group LLC dba The Details OKC provides event planning, vendor coordination, guest list management, digital invitation building, and related services to clients in the Oklahoma City metro area. The scope of services provided depends on the package selected at time of booking.
We act as a coordinator between clients and third-party vendors. We are not a party to any contract between a client and a vendor, and we do not guarantee the performance of any vendor.
All planning fees are collected at time of booking via Stripe. Payments are processed securely and we do not store your card information.
All planning fees are non-refundable except as described in our Cancellation Policy. Packages may not be transferred to another person or event.
Cancellation terms, including eligibility for partial refunds, are governed by our Cancellation Policy. By booking, you acknowledge and accept those terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Logic Group LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or any vendor's performance. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the fees you paid to Logic Group LLC for the services at issue.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Oklahoma County, Oklahoma.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
